Hotel la piscine has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Villers-sur-Mer. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The owners are very friendly, breakfast was tasteful, we tried also some apero food and oysters and it was very tastefull as well. It is a quiet place where you want to sit on the terrasse and enjoy our glass of wine. Swimming pool was great, water heated, very pleaseant to jump in. We had family room which was a bit smaller in size, but beds were comfortable. It is approximately 10-15 min walking distance from the beachfront. There are shops and restaurants, even local market. We would definitely recommend it :)

Viihtyisä pikkukaupunki helmikuussa, kun turisteja ei vielä paljon ole. Historiasta kiinnostuneille oivallinen kohde, josta voi tehdä paljon retkiä mm. Normandian maihinnousun tapahtumapaikoille. Oma auto suositeltava, busseja rannoille ei pahemmin kulje. Itse kaupungissa pääsee kävellen kaikkialle.

Hotelli oli automatkailijan kannalta loistavalla paikalla. Suoraan hotellin edessä on edullinen parkkihalli (5-7€ per yö) ja muutenkin hotelli hyvällä paikalla Caenin nähtävyyksiä ajatellen. Hotellin siisteys ja huone ylittivät odotuksemme. Ranskalainen parveke oli plussaa. Caen toimi majapaikkanamme Normandian maihinnousupaikkoihin tutustumisellemme. Matkaa Omaha-beachille oli autolla noin puoli tuntia.

Hotelli oli todella siisti ja sijainti meille sopiva. Aamiainen oli herkullinen, kun saimme tuoretta patonkia / croisantteja yms. herkkuja kahvin kera. Henkilökunnalle arvosanaksi 10++! Perfect stay in the heart of Honfleur due to excellent service by Staff who walk the extra mile to make it a grand stay for. they're guests. Free parking next to the hotel. Very good local breakfast, all fresh products. Fine dining at the hotel. Lovely and classic/cosy atmosphere with real paintings on the walls.

We loved our ocean facing room. Our second room was okay but across the building and down the hall. I was hoping to be closer to our second room (our kids are 8 and 13). We had to get 2 rooms because they didn’t have quads available. For Europe, the rooms were a good size. We were on the 6th floor and had a balcony off each room (please note they are lovely, but you can’t fit a chair on them like many balconies in Europe). Coffee was good and location is awesome. On the beach (you have to cross one road and you’re on the boardwalk). Every restaurant and cafe is walking s Distance and the Bac is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable. The older, stylish lady was lovely at every interaction at reception. She was very happy and helpful.

Very unique castle with completely different rooms in it… giving you the inner sense of connection with the site around not form the perspective of hotel… but mostly as of you are an expected guest of some nice family… very cozy.. and especially me and my son we like the Michelin dinners there ….

There is a free parking with lots of places. The swimming pool was nice a warm. The breakfast had plenty of food to choose from. The lobby has football table and sitting area is nice, seems like it was recently renovated. The family room has 2 comfortable single beds and 1 double bed.
